Millennium Park is a scenic public park located along the eastern bank of the Hooghly River in Kolkata, India. Spanning approximately 2.5 kilometers on Strand Road, it offers picturesque views of the iconic Howrah Bridge and serves as a tranquil retreat amidst the city's hustle and bustle. Inaugurated on December 26, 1999, as a millennium gift from the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA), the park is part of the first phase of the Kolkata Riverside Beautification Project
