Script: We often face a problem where customers have many requirements, which we understand. However, they end up rejecting good projects and apartments due to Vastu concerns. Nowadays, we show properties that are Vastu-compliant. But if you start looking at the Vastu of the land, compare it with your own birth chart, or look into many other micro-details, it often happens that the customer ends up skipping a property that was genuinely viable for them and chooses something else instead. You should consider Vastu; there is no problem with that. In fact, I suggest you should consider it for resale value purposes as well. However, if you get into extreme Vastu and too much micro-detailing, you often end up with the wrong project or the wrong property. Later, when you want to sell or resell it, it doesn't move. Often, you end up choosing a flawed location and compromise on things like air ventilation, the view of the garden, necessary amenities, and the open space in the place where you are going to live every day.
